Oxford Comma

"Who gives a fuck about an oxford comma?" Let's discuss that. We cannot dismiss that as a purely rhetorical question, a purely lyrical function. What about cambridge commas? Or, ones from St Andrew's? Are they holy? Do the Welsh have commas? They don't have vowels, id est they don't much like putting them in words; maybe they dislike commas too.

Are we--as a collective entity--doing enough to increase respect for the "creative individual" to which JFK refers? Have we earned the right to use the word "respect" in the context even? Or, must we ask if we have yet to facilitate the fomenting of creative individuals and a system that facilitates it? -t
